Sir Anthony McCoy and Quizical win Pat Smullen race

Sir Anthony McCoy rolled back the years when coming from top on Quizical in the Pat Smullen Champions Race.

The record-breaking 20-times winner jumps gave a classic functionality to overcome eight other top jockeys from codes from your charity race which has received enormous backing.
McCoy had Quizical to a rhythm and soon had his bracket at the position from the onset of the one-mile competition and travelling.

He added:”I really always believed that I was going to triumph! No, seriously, you need to compete against the best, that is what sport is all about, and these would be the jockeys.
“I said I’d never ride in a horse race again and that I supposed it, but I am happy I did today. You need to compete against the best and that is what has made this particular.
“I got on the very best horse and that is what counts”
Smullen’s fame helped produce the star-studded throw for your race.
After being diagnosed with cancer, dermot Weld’s former stable jockey was forced into retirement and as he’s undergoing a second round of therapy, he was not able to ride himself.
Clearly moved by the occasion, Smullen said:”I am really pleased for Sheila and John Lavery who have the horse. John was composed when he got the horse to be ridden by AP and to get this outcome is exactly what everybody wanted. It is absolutely wonderful. I’m overcome.
“This isn’t about me. This is about people who are in this circumstance and we are out produce a difference and to boost a whole great deal of cash and give people confidence, since it does me.
“What a privilege to be involved in what’s a terrific business”
