Harry Kane believes new manager Jose Mourinho can finish the 11-year wait to get a trophy of Tottenham.
Mourinho succeeded the sacked Mauricio Pochettino on Wednesday and won 3-2 in West Ham on Saturday on his first game.
Tottenham are without one, although the Portuguese has 20 key trophies for his title.
The gaffers won at every club hes gone to – there is no hiding from this, said Kane, who went to see Pochettino at home after his sacking.
He [Mourinho] needs to win. Hes an established winner. Ive made it clear that Im at the stage of my career in which I wish to win prizes.
I have made it clear I wish to win them and its a big season for us.
Realistically we look at the Champions League and the FA Cup this year to try to do that, so well see how that goes and then from my point of view Ill keep doing what I am doing, keep fighting this club on the pitch.
We all want to acquire. We wanted to acquire when Mauricio was ; we want to win the same now that the gaffers here.
But of course when somebodys got a reputation like he has, it gives you confidence, it gives you that opinion in the group.
It is almost a fresh slate for everyone now to reveal the boss what they can do and the players may thrive on that.

That is the feeling I have. Were really happy that when someone was supposed to replace Pochettino it had been himwith this attitude.
Before we had been hoping to win prizes and nothing will change.
Personally, I think for everybody, were fortunate to have played Pochettino and today Mourinho. We couldnt be luckier.
