Jaguars vs. Bengals NFL Pick – Week 7

The Jacksonville Jaguars traveling to Cincinnati for a meeting with the Bengals in what is a must-win situation for them. A triumph and they leap to 3-4, which is manageable to the Jaguars to conquer. 2-5 looks a lot less manageable and definitely a whole lot worse. The Jaguars may go to a game back of .500 or three games back or the mark. To put it differently, this matchup is important for the Jags. They can’t manage to take a misstep against the lowly Bengals in Cincinnati.
The Jalen Ramsey drama in Jacksonville is over, so the locker room must feel a sense of relief together along with him . Ramsey has a plethora of talent. He’s possibly the very best cornerback or No. 2 in the NFL. I’d give the advantage while others might disagree and give Ramsey the telephone. It is hard to call a man who has played just three games the best corner in the league when Gilmore has done nothing but perform lockdown football on the New England defense every week.
Cincinnati are currently trying to find their first win of this year against the Jaguars this week. They fought in Baltimore, but ultimately failed with a reduction of 23-17. They also came against the Cardinals the week ahead, so they’re hanging in there when it has to do with the scoreboard. However, it’s been mismatches for the Bengals. An opponent hasn’t been outgained by them because Week 1 of all teams, against the Seahawks.
In the event you were in the near future or two anticipating AJ Green, you’re not likely to find him. He has a thing to do to get back to the area. The Bengals have said that they are not likely to be more trading Green. We have heard teams bluff like that before, however.
Along with their receiver out, the Bengals have been without starting left tackle Cordy Glenn because of a concussion. Glenn has been suspended a match for missing meetings and practice, although he was advised to return this past week. He was not feeling well so that he wanted more time . The Bengals didn’t agree and handed him a suspension. Add Glenn to a growing list of players who want from Cincinnati. Head below for our free Jaguars vs. Bengals select.

Since that he took the NFL by storm early in the season Gardner Minshew’s hype has slowed down considerably. The Nick Foles injury about indicated a tragedy for the Jaguars, but Minshew quieted some nerves at the Jaguars’ office. The mania surrounding Minshew has died down as a win over the Broncos three games ago. The Jaguars are held out of the win column with losses against Saints and the Panthers. As they put up 27 points at a 34-27 loss This was a good day for the offense against the Panthers.
Minshew was eloquent because he drove for yards and 2 touchdowns. DJ Clark Jr. proceeded 164 yards and 2 touchdowns, along with 108 yards and a touchdown for Leonard Fournette on the ground. That was not enough, since the defense didn’t appear to perform with. The offense has been non-existent, although per week before the defense has been outstanding against the Saints. The two have exchanged places the fourteen days sharing the attribute.
The Bengals have been getting abused on either side of the globe. There has not been a great deal of push at all for the Bengals. They’ve been hammered to get an average of 426 yards a game, which will be excellent for 31st in the NFL. The Dolphins are the only team in the league are far more terrible at protecting offenses.
Andy Dalton was looking for his way and it hasn’t gone too well. He has been very vanilla with 7 touchdowns and 5 interceptions on 61.7% completions. It’s reasonable to presume that the Bengals would have a win or two if Green was busy this year. The lack of Green and their starting left tackle has been evident.
Minshew appeared to build on his rookie year. It was a week against the Saints last week, but his entire body of work has been impressive. Minshew has chucked 9 touchdowns and 2 interceptions with 63.9percent completions. Crowning less than a year, after playing him the next Tom Brady is ridiculous, but I’ll give him a lot of credit. Fournette at the backfield definitely helps him out greatly.
Defenses must honor the ground game. He’s rushed for 584 yards with 5.1 yards per carry this year. This appears to be a mismatch from the Bengals’ defense against the run. The Bengals are dead last with a mean of 184.5 yards allowed a game on the ground. Look for Fournette to have a monster day against the Bengals here.
The Bengals are allowing more than 5 yards per carry, also Fournette is currently carrying for over 5 yards per carry, therefore there should be some harm. That’ll open up things downfield for Minshew. The Jags should get a nice answer the weekly. A triumph and cover seems likely in Cincinnati.
