Martin Brundle:”That is one of the hardest things I have ever noticed in F1.”

Christian Horner:”The Renault which went straight on all caused all the problems. Needless to say, nobody wishes to be in the front of the queue and it is obvious he went. Then it ends up in a cluster situation.”
Toto Wolff:”The problem is that everyone is trying to get the slipstream and it’s a nerve game, who leaves. Then some who have exited first felt thought they will need to decrease the speed even more, going through the chicane and outside the track is just junior class.”
