HOW DO DECIMAL BETTING ODDS WORK?
Decimal odds are the kind of odds.
To calculate your winnings using decimal odds, just multiply your [tooltip text=”bet” gravity=”n”]Your”Stake” is the sum of money you wish to bet[/tooltip] by the decimal number. For instance…
If you put a $10 bet at odds of 2.00, you would just multiply 10 by 2.00 to calculate your yield.
10 x 2.00 = 20.00 = $20 yield from the $10 bet
How about putting a $15 bet?
15 x 1.57 = 23.55 = $23.55 return from your $15 wager That was easy wasn’t it?

HOW DO AMERICAN [MONEYLINE] ODDS WORK?
American chances are calculated based on how much cash you need to wager so as to win $100. The odds are constantly accompanied by either a plus [+] or without [-] emblem. The symbols decide whether you need to bet more than $100 (-) or less than $100 (+), to win $100.
This might sound confusing at first, but it is really not that difficult!
Lets jump right into an example of how American chances work. Remember that American chances are about how much money you need to bet, in order to win $100.
Imagine the chances looked like this to get a specific fight…
Fighter A = -150
Fighter B +200
When working with American chances, you need to bear in mind that the minus [-] symbol always means you will need to wager more than $100 to win $100. Minus [-] odds are regarded as the”favorite”. Odds together with the plus [+] emblem are regarded as the”underdogs”.
If you take a look at the odds above, you can see that Fighter A is the favorite at -150. This implies that in order to win $100, you would have to bet $150.
Fighter B on the other hands is a +200 underdog. This means that you would simply need to wager $50 to win $100. Here are a couple more examples with more challenging odds…
Fighter A = -600
Fighter B +1000
In this example Fighter A has odds of -600, which means that you would have to wager $500 to win $100. Fighter B on the other hand has chances of +1000, so you’d only have to bet $10 to win $100.
Dealing with American chances will require some getting used to and it can be difficult to work out the specific sum of money you’re going to win from your stakes initially.

HOW DO FRACTIONAL BETTING ODDS WORK?
Fractional betting odds are favoured in the uk and Ireland and they’e that the most popular kind of odds utilised in Horse Racing. Although they may seem confusing at first, they’re actually not too difficult to work out. Lets jump right into looking at an example of how Fractional odds work…
In case you wanted to bet $50 at odds of 6/4 six to four, This Is the Way you would work it out:
First you have to bring the quantities of the fraction collectively, in this case it could be 6 + 4 = 10. Then divide this number by the second number, in this case 4. 10 divide by 4 2.5. Then multiply this amount by your bet. 2.5 x 50 = 125. Your yield for a $50 bet at odds of 6/4 will be 125.
(6+4 = 10) 10 divided by 4 = 2.5
2.5 x 50(stake)= #125
