Henrikh Mkhitaryan leaves Arsenal for Roma on season-long loan

Arsenal midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has united Roma on a loan.
Mkhitaryan underwent a medical with the Serie A side and arrived in Rome on Monday to finalise the agreement.
Roma will cover Arsenal a loan fee of $3m (#2.7m) with the deal not expected to incorporate an choice to purchase, according to Sky at Italy.
The Armenian joined Arsenal in January 2018 as a part of this deal that watched the Gunners are left by Alexis Sanchez for Manchester United.
Sanchez left United after having a disappointing year-and-a-half a week, moving to Italy to join Inter Milan on loan.
During his period at the Emirates, Mkhitaryan has scored two goals in 56 games, which makes his latest appearance on Sunday as a replacement against north London rivals Tottenham.
Roma have already added nine players into their squad for example, loan signings of both Chris Smalling in Manchester United and Davide Zappacosta from Chelsea.
Although the Premier League transfer window closed on August 8, many leagues including Serie A – managed to buy players until Monday.
