Dale Earnhardt Jr. still has sore back but plans on racing at Darlington

(CNN) — Dale Earnhardt Jr. is only largely retired, therefore he does not plan to miss driving at one of his favourite tracks when NASCAR goes to Darlington Raceway in South Carolina next weekend.
Earnhardt, who was a week along with his spouse his wife and two pilots, said he is still hurting from the mess but plans to take the wheel of a car in the Xfinity Series.

Earnhardt retired from full-time racing but he has raced after since then year in an Xfinity race at Richmond. Earnhardt is a team owner and also a television analyst for NBC.
On Monday, after skipping the races at Bristol, Tennessee, near where his plane crashed following a landing, Earnhardt thanked emergency responders his pilots and hospital workers.
We are really blessed that on board escaped without any serious injuries, such as our daughter, our two pilots as well as our dog Gus, Earnhardt added.
Racing fans are looking forward to Earnhardts one appearance this past year. He holds the record for winning the circuits most popular driver award 15 years in a row.
