The Jacksonville Jaguars corner said Tuesday during mandatory minicamp he’s been told he isn’t getting a contract extension this season.
The Pro Bowl corner believes he is outperformed his rookie deal but is not mad he will have to wait one more year until his contract is addressed.
“I’m not down about it or anything like this. I am lucky,” Ramsey explained, via Eugene Frenette of those Florida Times-Union.
Ramsey enters the fourth year of his rookie deal, set to earn $3.634 million in base wages. The Jags exercised the fifth-year alternative for the former No. 5 overall pick, which will pay him $13.7 million in 2020.

“I think Yan has made a contract. …I really hope something gets done,” he said, through Daniel Popper of The Athletic.
