The prospective new owner of wycombe expects Gareth Ainsworth will remain as manager from Millwall and Sunderland amid attention.
Ainsworth is one of three candidates in the framework together with current caretaker boss Adam Barrett and Gary Rowett at the Den.
He is also understood to have spoken to Sunderland, although Phil Parkinson has emerged as the bookies favourite for the job on Wearside.
A section of Millwall fans on websites have been impressed with the connections of their club using a variety of them preferring Rowett, to Ainsworth.
One source has suggested to Sky Sports News which Ainsworth is likely to remain at Adams Park and direct the club into a time of ownership.
American investor Rob Couhig, whose bid to buy a 75 percent stake in the team is now being voted on by Wycombe Trust members, has encouraged if he is successful, Ainsworth to keep on.
