John Stones: Manchester City defender out for up to five weeks with muscular injury

Manchester City defender John Stones has been ruled out using a muscle injury for up to five weeks, states Pep Guardiola.
The England centre-back endured the difficulty in training ahead of the Champions League opener of City against Shakhtar Donetsk on Wednesday.
Stones just returned to Manchester City on Saturday after recovering from an previous problem that was muscular because the opening day win at West Ham.
Guardiola said on Tuesday:”He [Stones] is outside five, four or six months. He was hurt in training. It is a muscular issue.”
Stones’ absence will add together with French centre-back Aymeric Laporte likely to be ruled out until January.
Guardiola added:”For me as a supervisor it is an incredible challenge. However, I think in something people do not understand about – soul and dedication. We’ll make steps ahead to figure out this dilemma.”
